Accountability.

No puns here folks, this is serious stuff.

Accountability is everything. It may be the most important professional trait in many professions, and for any manager. And it's really simple:

If you take a task, complete it. If you are blocked, inform and/or escalate.

Adhering to these simple principle means you are accountable for your actions - and your actions affect the actions of many others. But you are the PM for good reasons, right?

Be the true owner of your product, the one who knows and care for him best.
